Learning to Love Yourself (Prime Group)
6 weeks · 90 minutes per session
The Vibe: Radical self-compassion for the "over-functional" person.
Most of us were told to "just love yourself," but nobody gave us the manual. This group is about unlearning the idea that you have to be perfect to be worthy — quieting the inner critic, setting boundaries that stick, and treating yourself with the grace you give everyone else.

4 weeks · 60 minutes per session
The Vibe: Straight talk and practical tools for when you're feeling stuck. This group is for low income folks that want to learn skills to make their life more mindful.
Anxiety and depression don't always look like staying in bed. Sometimes they look like being "fine" but feeling burnt out and disconnected. This focused space breaks down why you feel this way and gives you actual, low-pressure strategies to manage the heaviness.

6 weeks · 90 minutes per session
The Vibe: Healing the inner child while raising the next generation.
We're the generation tasked with breaking cycles we didn't start. This group is for parents who want to move past the "because I said so" era and build a home based on connection — without losing themselves in the process.

4 weeks · 75-90 minutes per session
The Vibe: A sanctuary for the "Strong Black Man" to put the mask down.
Society asks Black men to be everything — the provider, the protector, the rock — but rarely asks if they're okay. This is a space to talk about what's actually going on: the pressure, the anxiety, the fatigue, and the search for purpose. Real talk with brothers who understand.

Meet Your Therapist
Catherine Rincon
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
I've spent over a decade in the trenches of community mental health, crisis work, and the foster care system. Those years taught me something a textbook never could: healing isn't about being "fixed" — it's about finally having the space to be human.
My practice is dedicated to the "strong ones." I work with people who have spent their lives holding everything together for everyone else, while quietly carrying the weight of anxiety, burnout, and cultural expectations. I don't do "therapy-speak" or clinical perfection — just honest, practical support rooted in your actual reality.
"There is a specific kind of magic that happens when you realize you aren't the only one struggling with the quiet stuff."
I build these groups because I know how isolating it feels to be the only person in your circle doing the work. My spaces are structured enough to give you actual tools, but real enough to let you put the mask down.
