I started Happy Thoughts Mental Health for young BIPoC men, women, and teens who feel mental health counseling is a scary and intimidating process.  At Happy Thoughts Mental Health you will speak to a counselor who recognizes that there is tremendous beauty to the person you are.  Your blood is of rich ancestry and heritage.  I already know you have all the tools you need to mindfully enjoy life.  Every now and then, we may just need a reminder of how to live good times once again.  That’s what I’m here for, to support you in the following:
